Works well, easy to use. Ive been using the sleep wavelength for a couple weeks at bedtime. Most nights I get to sleep faster than I usually do, and I dont seem to need a full 8 hours to feel well-rested. I can get 6 hours three nights in a row and feel fine during the day, which I cant normally do, at least not day after day. And I usually only wake up once during the night instead of two or three times.
